Hi! I’m Shantil, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Certified Nutritionist. For over 12 years, I’ve been helping women from ages 20 to 75 unlock their strength, confidence, and energy — one workout, one meal plan, and one healthy habit at a time.
As a mother, daughter, and sister, I know how important it is to take care of our bodies like we care for our families — with dedication, patience, and love. For me, fitness isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about creating a sustainable, lifelong routine that fits who you are and where you want to go.
My programs combine custom nutrition plans, smart supplement guidance, strength training, and easy-to-follow demo fitness videos to keep you motivated and on track — whether you’re training with me in person, in a small group, or online from the comfort of your home.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me trying new recipes, finding new ways to make healthy eating delicious, and discovering simple routines that keep life balanced.
